I'm Andreas, and Panda Mode is my one-person web studio in Athens. I build and run websites for small and mid-size businesses that sell in more than one country or language, written by a human in Greek and English, never machine-translated.

The person on your Discovery call is the person who designs the site, builds it and answers your emails. No account manager in between, so nothing gets lost in a handoff.
How the work runs
Every project starts with Discovery, then moves through the Modes in order: Design, Build, then Support or Growth. You switch on only what your business needs.

The path here
- 2015 to 2022 Ktima Maros Operations and marketing for an events venue: the bookings, the team, the ads.
- 2017 to 2018 Neuron Energy Solutions Web developer, building web applications for the energy sector.
- 2018 to 2019 PlanTech Web developer and IT admin: company sites built to EU-funding rules, and the Linux servers under them.
- 2019 to 2022 GrowthRocks Web developer and growth engineer at a growth agency: shops, hotels, health sites, and A/B tests on landing pages.
- 2024 to now VSUALWEB Web engineer, lead engineer and fractional CTO for clinics, training centres, language services and investors. VSUALWEB runs Panda Mode.
- 2026 to now SigniVoice Co-founder and CTO: live sign-language translation.
