    You contract with VSUALWEB E.E., which operates Panda Mode Digital Studio.

  2. Services

    Panda Mode Digital Studio offers Discovery, Design, Build, Support and Growth. Every quote and every client-facing service is individually prepared and confirmed in writing before work begins.

  3. Pricing

    Discovery is EUR 250, plus VAT where applicable, and is credited against a Build. A WordPress website build starts from EUR 750 and Support from EUR 99 a month, plus VAT where applicable; the final price for each is set in a written quote. Custom development, Design and Growth are quoted per project.

  4. This website is informational

    This website is informational. Nothing on it is a binding offer. An offer is made only in a written quote or proposal.

    This website takes no bookings and no payments.

  5. Ownership and licensing

    Ownership and licensing of delivered work are set out in each project's written statement of work or proposal.

  6. Liability for content

    The operator is responsible for its own content on these pages under the general laws. It is not obliged to monitor third-party information it transmits or stores, or to look for circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block information under the general laws remain unaffected; liability here is possible only from the moment a specific legal violation becomes known, and such content is then removed without delay.

  7. Liability for links

    This website links to external websites of third parties, including client sites, whose content the operator does not control and cannot accept liability for. The provider or operator of each linked page is always responsible for its content.

    The content and works created by the operator on these pages are subject to copyright. Copying, editing, distributing or any commercial use beyond what copyright law allows needs the prior written consent of the author. Client sites shown on the Work page belong to their owners.
