  1. Data controller

    The data controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is VSUALWEB E.E., at the registered address and VAT number given above. Contact: andreas@pandamode.gr. No data protection officer is appointed; one is not required for this processing.

  2. Scope of data processing

    Personal data is processed only as far as needed to run a working website and to answer you. This website has no analytics, no tracking, no accounts and no third-party embeds, and its forms do not send anything to the website: they open your own email app.

    One setting is kept in your own browser, not sent anywhere: if you press the Lights switch, your choice of light or dark is stored in local storage under the name pm-theme. See the Cookie policy.

  3. Legal bases (Article 6 GDPR)

    • Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps before a contract: answering a request for a free check, Discovery or a quote.
    • Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interests: delivering and securing the website (server logs) and answering other messages.
    • Article 6(1)(c) GDPR, legal obligations: keeping records of client work where Greek tax law requires it.

  4. Hosting and server log files

    This website is served as static files by Hostinger International Ltd. Like any web host, Hostinger processes technical request data, such as IP address, browser type and the time of the request, to deliver pages and protect against abuse, and keeps these logs for the period set in its own privacy policy.

  5. Email

    Email sent to andreas@pandamode.gr is read by the founder, who replies within 24 hours. The mailbox is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd, which processes email under its own privacy policy.

    Messages are kept as long as the conversation and any work that follows need them, then deleted, except where Greek tax law requires client records to be kept longer.

  6. Cookies, fonts and embedded content

    This website sets no cookies. Its fonts are served from this website itself, so no font service learns that you visited, and it embeds no content from other sites (no videos, maps or social widgets).

  7. Analytics

    No analytics run on this site, and Google Analytics (GA4) is not used. If privacy-first analytics with no cross-site tracking is added, the provider will be named here before it is used.

  8. Your rights as a data subject

    Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability and the right to object to processing. To use any of them, an email to andreas@pandamode.gr is enough.

    You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
